My journey began in the clinical world. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I spent years studying the intricacies of human behavior, trauma, and the psychological patterns that keep us stuck. I know the science of the change. But I also know that for many of us, traditional talk therapy is only one piece of the puzzle.

Today, I combine my clinical foundation with the profound insights of Astrology and the restorative power of Reiki to offer a holistic path I call THE ASCEND METHOD.
